Linda Dolceamore is a dynamic and accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. She has worked with over 150 leaders in Fortune 100 companies around the world. Linda partners with leaders individually and enterprise-wide to crystallize, execute, and achieve their strategic vision. She acts as a ‘thinking partner’, bringing power and velocity in the alignment of each leader’s goals, as well as increasing their contributions. Her clients have included executives in functional areas such as Cyber Security, Privacy and Risk, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, IT, Finance, Engineering and Human Resources. They represent a variety of industries including Luxury Brands, Banking, Finance, Media, Technology, Software, Communications, and Information Services.
Linda has over 20 years of corporate experience in a variety of Organizational Development, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Support roles. She currently serves as the Chief Leadership Development Officer for the Executive Women’s Forum. She facilitates and coaches in the areas of higher-level leading, self-awareness, personal effectiveness, emotional and conversational intelligence, building trust, change management, and transitioning to new roles.
Linda joined the EWF in 2014 and serves as the Chief Leadership Development Officer. In this role, she is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our members through the EWF Leadership Academy.
Linda is also the Coach/Facilitator of “The Leader Within” and “Leading With Conversational Intelligence®” as well as large format classes that focus on elevating the self awareness, resiliency, influence, and leadership skills necessary to advance in careers. Additionally, she oversees the Lift Mentoring program.
Linda strives to create the space and learning for leaders to drive positive change in their lives, their careers, and for their companies.
Linda is certified in a variety of assessment instruments including Conversational Intelligence®, Performance Programs Inc.’s Clark Wilson series of 360° feedback surveys, IPEC’s Energy Leadership Assessment, Essi Systems Inc.’s EQ Map Emotional Intelligence profile, and the DISC Personal Discernment Inventory.
In addition to her corporate experience, Linda is a graduate of IPEC, an accredited professional coach training school. Linda holds a BA and an MA from Montclair State University, holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and is certified as a teacher.
She has been an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and does motivational talks for college students.
