Pam Lindemoen

Chief Security Officer and Vice President of Strategy, RH-ISAC

Pam Lindemoen is the Chief Security Officer and Vice President of Strategy for the Retail & Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC), a global, nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a collaborative sharing community that enables consumer-facing organizations to strengthen information security capabilities and defend against cyber threats. At RH-ISAC, Pam oversees the organization’s security operations, including cybersecurity and information security, while also leading strategic planning and partner engagement. With nearly 30 years of experience, Lindemoen brings a wealth of knowledge in information security, application development, and infrastructure to the organization. Prior to joining RH-ISAC, Pam served as CISO Advisor at Cisco. In this role, she provided expert guidance and advisory services to organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity posture. She was also instrumental in facilitating the CISO Leadership Development Program that RH-ISAC created to develop executive talent in the industry. Her previous experience also includes serving as Deputy CISO at Anthem, Inc. (currently Elevance Health) where she partnered with the CISO to develop and maintain a corporatewide, global information risk management program and cybersecurity organization. Pam has held advisory board positions for the National Cybersecurity Alliance, the Security Advisor Alliance, and recently joined the advisory board for Cyber Florida: The Florida Center for Cybersecurity, and is a co-host of the podcast “Do We Belong Here? (In the Cyber World),” which is dedicated to proving that everyone belongs in cybersecurity.
