A special room rate of $225 per night has been reserved for RH-ISAC Summit attendees. The deadline to reserve discounted rooms is March 17, 2025.

If you need to reserve over the phone,  call (314) 655-1234 and specify you are calling for “Retail and Hospitality Cyber Intelligence Summit” to receive the discounted rates.

Dress Code

The dress code is business to business casual. A button-down shirt or top with a collar is recommended. Speakers will be asked to wear lapel mics, which will be placed by an audio-visual technician. Please avoid wearing large necklaces or low-hanging earrings to reduce microphone interference.

Speaker FAQ

Q: Who is eligible to attend the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: This event is open to cybersecurity practitioners who work for retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing organizations only. Select sponsor and Associate Member partners are permitted to attend the main conference as well, though may be asked to leave private discussions.

Q: Are there any guidelines for privacy of information shared during the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: The RH-ISAC utilizes the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) to classify information and define the sharing protocol to ensure that information is protected appropriately and limited to intended audiences. The designation for the RH-ISAC Summit is TLP:Amber+Strict unless otherwise specified, and all attendees and sponsors have agreed to adhere to this protocol upon registration or as part of their sponsorship agreement.

Q: Will sessions be recorded? Who can view recorded sessions?
A: RH-ISAC will not be formally recording any presentations during the event, unless specifically approved. However, we will have a photographer onsite to capture the event for future promotions. No audio or video captured will be distributed without the consent of speakers.

Q: Will my slides be shared after the event ends?
A: If agreed upon by the speaker, a PDF of slides will be added to the RH-ISAC’s private and secure Member Exchange for members to view. RH-ISAC will work with each speaker to seek written approval before posting.

Q: Will there be press or media at the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: Press is not permitted to attend any portion of the RH-ISAC Cyber Intelligence Summit unless otherwise designated or authorized through prior written permission from the RH-ISAC.
