Diego Idi oversees the Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response (IR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Red Team, and Security Awareness programs at Casey’s General Stores, the third-largest convenience store chain and fifth-largest pizza chain in the U.S. Reporting directly to the CISO, Diego has built the Cybersecurity Threat Hunting, Cybersecurity Intelligence, and Data Loss Prevention programs from the ground up, driving the strategic plan to enhance processes, tools, and team performance. Before joining Casey’s, Diego served as Principal Cyber Security Incident Manager at Fidelity Investments and held various senior roles at Citibank, including Vice President of Senior IT Incident Management for the Global Command Center Operations. Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, with a specialization in Systems Administration.
