Howard Foard III is a Principal at Booz Allen and serves as its Global Commercial Readiness and Resilience Business Leader comprised of Commercial’s Wargame and Exercise and Converged Resilience Practices. Howard has over 25 years of military, government, and commercial sector experience. He has led consulting engagements across the U.S, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East where he has helped his clients build collaborative approaches for enhancing All-Hazards resiliency leveraging change management principles. Before joining Booz Allen, Howard served as a U.S. Army Officer in the 2nd Infantry Division and the 82nd Airborne Division. Howard holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), and Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Howard is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Minor in Philosophy, and received his U.S. Army Commission.
