Jason Weiss has spent the last decade helping leaders discover their untapped potential and bring their authentic selves to work. As the founder of Jason Weiss Consulting (JWC), he’s on a mission to create workplaces where greatness isn’t just possible—it’s the norm.
He has become something of a secret weapon for more than 100 CISOs and rising security leaders who discovered that technical chops alone weren’t enough to inspire their teams or get buy-in from the board.
He spent years in the entertainment business, mastering the art of authentic presence and emotional connection under the spotlight. He made the transition to consulting after discovering these same abilities were desperately needed in corporate leadership—especially in technical fields where expertise alone wasn’t enough.
When he’s not helping executives find their voice, you might find him in his backyard forge (yes, he’s an actual blacksmith), taking his motorcycle on weekend trips along the Pacific Coast Highway, or getting purposefully lost in some far-flung city with nothing but a basic map and a sense of adventure.
Home is Los Angeles, where he lives with his wife, two kids who keep him humble, and his loyal dog Atticus, who has strong opinions about Jason’s leadership coaching (mostly that it should involve more treats).
