Jennifer Watson is a proactive and analytical cyber security executive with over 15 years of experience leading successful mission-critical security programs across large enterprise infrastructures, including Ahold Delhaize, Celanese, Raytheon, PepsiCo, Nike, and MasterCard Worldwide. Her career has spanned a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, financial, retail, and manufacturing. Jennifer’s expertise includes technical, operational, and management aspects of security, allowing her to bring highly technical research expertise to her current interests in security policy management, vulnerability management, strategy, and thought leadership. Respected for engineering and implementing security architectures and programs that quickly identify and mitigate attacks and potential threats. As an inspirational and collaborative leader, Jennifer has a history of developing and motivating high-performance technical teams to achieve aggressive objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Saint Louis University and currently serves as the Group CISO and SVP of Cyber Security at Ahold Delhaize. Previously, she held roles such as Global CISO at Celanese and Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Director of global vulnerability and remediation management at PepsiCo, Director of vulnerability management at Nike, and Manager of the information security perimeter, defense, and response team at MasterCard.  Prior to joining MasterCard Jennifer served in the United States AirForce.
