Kimberly Oliveri is the Manager of Cybersecurity Engagement at The TJX Companies, Inc.  Kim oversees the development of trusted partnerships within TJX, and with critical external third parties and industry groups. She aims to cultivate a secure mindset to mitigate risks and ensure cyber resilience in the face of cyber threats. She established the global TJX Security Awareness and Training Program in 2020, leading initiatives to enhance the company’s cybersecurity mindset. Through engaging and interactive training, Kim empowers individuals and teams to identify risks and foster secure behavior and technology best practices globally.
