Patricia (Trish) DiGiacomo is a Cyber and IT professional with over 20 years of experience in developing and managing complex cybersecurity programs and collaborating with key business leaders to align technology investments with critical business strategy. 

Trish worked for Johnson & Johnson for most of her career until transitioning to Kenvue, the former Consumer Healthcare division of J&J, in 2022. In her current role she holds a leadership position as Senior Director, Global Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for the Kenvue Cyber organization. In this position Trish leads a team of Global BISOs, with a primary focus on building strong partnership between the Business and Cyber to transform security culture and manage critical risks that could impact the iconic portfolio of Kenvue’s leading consumer brands.   

Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia PA) and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  

In addition to Trish’s career, her true passion is her family. Trish and her husband Billy reside in the Philadelphia suburbs with their two children Christian (14) and Alessia (11). As a working Mother, career professional, and volunteer for her local parent teacher organization her life is quite dynamic! However, she deliberately finds time to enjoy traveling, cooking and supporting her children as they thrive in school & sports.
